Another rare TV valve
What with audiophools now its DAC90Aphools
Hi Sam.
I'd happily give you a load of EF80s there must be millions still around. The issue is using specific TV valves in radios. Substituting an audio output valve into a frame or video amp section in some of the Ekco and Murphy TVs with 100ma heaters is difficult and causes picture issues. The UL84 is the official mod for a UL41 the UL44 & 46 are rare and so are the sets Tey we're used in, I have one UL44 and no 46s so I'd rather keep it for a TV Collector, I've used a 10P13 before but even these are hard to find now.
Cheers.
