#1 - M*A*S*H? but that's not strictly a film as such, so it must be one of them daft films he was in, Kelly's Heroes or the Dirty Dozen. #2 - Cor, strike a light Lawrence, top cap, perforated screen, er, Flat liners? The latter being the only film I've seen with yer man Keefer Sutherland in.

For some, part of the films title could be slang for one of those.
