I picked up one of these today, a nice example of an early 70's stereo record player. Sorry about the clarity of the photos, I will take some better ones when I get around to looking at it properly.
       

It looks in reasonable condition, apart from some watermarking and slight scratch on the lid and the rubber turntable mat has been pulled up causing the aluminium trim to be slightly warped, but not creased so it should be able to be straightened to lay flat again.

I think the speakers look original, can any one confirm.
   
It even has the strange 3 pin plug for the mains input.

Just noticed there was a version of this fitted with a Sovereign II tuner unit, pity my one is just the record player.

The mains inlet looks remarkably like an Australian mains plug.

There may be some value in looking for an extension cable from down under as long as it is not more than a single outlet.

Someone - I think it was Philips - used to use a two-pin version of this but I've never seen the three-pin one on anything.

It is recessed like a French mains socket except, of course, that in this case it is a plug. Would an Australian line socket mate with this?

I doubt it, bearing in mind that this is what a wall mounted socket looks like:

They are rare and can be quite valuable in their own right. They often go missing.

I'm sure these are the same connectors as used in the Perdio Portarama & Philips T-vette. I'll check tomorrow.

Yes, it was clear from your opening post that yours came with one. Lucky indeed. Regarding the loudspeakers, for me, the jury is out until I've seen the crossover. So far, the lack of badges or labels is most unlike Hacker, but one or two other small details might tip the balance the other way. I'm not very familiar with their speakers though. Usually the foam surrounds have rotted away by now, so decent examples are relatively scarce - I've not attempted to collect them because I have too many "proper" sets here.
