thanks for the photos rob .
your mains switch is wired corectly .its hard to see where the neutral green wire goes.
will now big out the manual and have a look.

Hi Joe, Robs under chassis tag strip looks differently wired to yours, maybe Rob should go through everything he has done/replaced in that part of the circuit.
