Most graphics cards in the last 15 years can drive 2 x HDMI screens, though some may need passive DVI adaptors. I actually have 4x Desktop PCs like that. One for XP 32bit games and satellite card, one for Win7 64 bit games and two with Linux for 3", 3.5" and 5.25" floppy drives. The USB 3.5" floppy drives can't read non-standard formats, such as the various flavours of CP/M filesystems. I have PCW8512 & PCW9512 emulators on one as well as Z80 & CP/M emulators in general.
The win systems have a switch to share VGA CRT, keyboard and mouse (up to 1600 x1200 full screen, or 1920 x 1080 @50p reduced height scan for satellite reception). Both have dual DVI with digital & analogue, so either DVI port can drive HDMI or VGA. The CRT is better for gaming than any LCD except maybe the 4K 45" screen which can be driven by them, though only my laptop drives it at 4K.
The two linux boxes run 18.3 and 19.2 and each have their own 5:4 LCD screen
I gave away a 24" 1920 x 1080 screen. Exceeded my field of view at a comfortable reading distance, also too much desk space. I'd like a pair of 1920 x 1200 17" screens!
