Sorry it's the one with the handwritten notes on it. I think the problem is with the rectifier circuit. I have used a diode and a 1uf electrolytic capacitor as is on the diagram, but the valve is getting AC still. I'm wondering if 1uf is the wrong size capacitor maybe. The bridge circuit swings from -25v-0v--25v as you rotate the dial. The Y63 valve does light up green, however the shadow only moves through a few degrees. Also there is no value for the capacitor marked B for position C1 and I can't make out any markings on the one on the one I have.
