Make up a pair of PC speakers using series/parallel transformers and a two valve phase splitter.
I have been mulling over a box of EF80s myself.
You should get about 2 whats per channel.

The max plate dissipation is only about 800mW, but I could do a PC speaker pair - that's a nice idea...

Triode-strap them and use a small audio o/p tx...
