They seem well on their way to doing that now. Everytime I tune through the short-wave spectrum 7,200 kHz to about 17,000 kHz, all I seem to hear is CRI. Before too long, we'll be listening to CRI on Chinese-made radios, broadcast from Chinese transmitters - all powered from a Chinese-constructed nuclear power station.
