I expect it is an error on PCBway side. I have not changed the file. It is the original that they have and it has a board outline. They have produced 100's of PCB's using this file. So I don’t understand why you are getting this message.
Maybe contact them with the '' contact sales rep'' link. Explain that it is a shared project and many PCB's have been produced before from this file by them.
