Intelli-Studio & Adobe Flash Player

Firefox has its own flash player in the add-on pull down. There is several to choose from.

Further to the above, I've recently updated Adobe Flash Player to the latest version and still have the same compatibility problem, so it seems that either Firefox or Intelli-studio is the culprit. Intelli-Studio came with my Samsung Camcorder bought just over 3 years ago, though it has been updated a few times since then. I'm reluctant to try using Google Chrome or any other browswer, since I'm used to, and otherwise have few problems with, Firefox, so maybe I'll just accept the fact that I have to 'Open explorer' in order to view still pictures in 'Intelli-Studio'. Movies can be viewed directly, BTW.

Bit of a long-shot, but for various reasons Intelli-Studio may be using the embedded IE browser engine. - even though you use Firefox by choice, that may not be the system default in all cases.

Go into IE and install the Flash Player 16 plugin for IE from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ remembering to UNTICK the "install the free McAfee Security Scan Plus utility" checkbox !!
