Hi Adam,
I'm not sure if it's a small bayonet cap type, but if so, I've got a new old stock one, which is about 50mm long including the cap, and about 15mm diameter, with a more or less flat glass lens. It's marked 'Philips, Holland 022-9705' which means nothing to me, and has the 'up arrow' sign often used to denote military. I've no idea what its designated Voltage is, but I've tested it and it strikes at 100V and glows quite nicely from 120 - 240V, only slightly brighter at 240V than at 120V.
