ESR meter for less than £20?

I've no idea David, I doubt it's the U.S. one but thought it was worth a punt for £18, well with postage £20.37. It might be a kit who knows. I will let you all know and post pics when it arrives. Most i've been looking at are around £70, I fully expect to be disappointed but also ever the optimist
