It is time for another RetroTech UK in just over a month.

After a hugely successful event at the new venue, it is on again on Sunday 12th May 2024

A wide range of Radio, TV, Communications, Computing and Hi-fi with over 150 stalls.

The BECG will be there will all sorts of junk superb technological antiquities. 100% of proceeds to the BECG to help fund our museum which will have an open weekend just two weeks after Retrotech. https://becg.org.uk/

I'm still digging out wonderful items to sell on the BECG stall at Retrotech. It's just 11 days away.

We've designed a new roller banner which is being printed as I write. Using Libreoffice Writer with a 850mmx2000mm feels quite odd until you get used to it.

BTTT (MCR21 1960s BBC OB van) will also be there with a stall. These charity stalls really are a great way to raise funds and move interesting donated items on to new homes. Please check them out.

Retrotech is a highlight of the year for me and never ceases to produce unusual items; I never come away empty-handed! It's also a great place to catch up with friends.

Thank you Jeremy. With the stalls for the Dulwich museum, BTTT and BECG there will be all sorts of unusual items for sale. That's without even looking at the individual and commercial traders who have the vast majority of stalls.

I had a great day at RT and caught up with a few forum members. I managed to only buy one radio. A Hacker Sovereign with a missing Amplifier board but otherwise complete and in very good condition. From the B&B stall and very cheap in leu of the missing board. I have a spare in my parts box so It may turn out to be a real bargain!
A big thanks to all the hard working volunteers who make this happen ! It is one of the highlights of the year !
