Battery manufacturing returning to Dundee

Hi.
Vidor had a battery plant in Dundee if I'm not mistaken after WW2 which eventually closed.
With the demise of the Michelin tyre factory it looks as if it is going to reopen as a battery plant.
I've no idea what types or when but if so it'll be a boost and a return to battery manufacturing again.

Vehicle batteries. Unless Scotland leaves UK and joins the EU it's hard to see how it's viable. A major UK battery maker has just pulled out of England citing Brexit.

Is there confusion here folks, above we seem to be referring to vehicle starter type batteries.
At present in the north east they are talking of building at least 2, battery plants foe EV batteries
