How to erect antennas

A novel approach to antenna erection that I spotted in the Lake District last week. There was an ordinary TV aerial at the top of the pole. Do you think the DAB antenna was looking for hugs and re-assurance from the Band II one?

They are at least orthogonally polarised wrt each other, but the presence of that large ali mast can't help the beam pattern of the DAB antenna!
If they mate successfully you might get an odd looking helical antenna as an offspring.
