I have a murphy a252 that I'm trying to get working again. It was given to me, and worked rather well until one day it gave up. Whilst poking around the coils on the fm part L3 and L4, and c7, I got fm reception where it had been totally quiet before. There was a hum over it, but it was there. The adjustable cores look in pretty bad condition. Can these be got hold of, or do I need to salvage them from another set.
