Cossor V9

Hi all,
I have to admit I am stumped. can anyone tell me the difference between a cossor V9 and a PX4?
I opened up a box of valves I bought years ago at an auction & found this cossor V9 in a box with handwritten PX4 on the outer cover.
The valve tests 100% on my avo valve tester as a PX4 No data either in the avo book or the Mullard valve data book for the V9?
