telefunken partner 2...help

hi every one
i have a telefunken partner 2 radio..at fist it was not working...so i checked the electrolytic and paper caps. and most of them were bad.
the radio works now but the voice is weak ... i tried  a new speaker but still the same problem

i checked the transistor voltage with a cheap digital multi meter that i have and the reading are all high
(the schematic asks for the use of 50 kilo ohm/volt which i don't have)
i asked for help in two other forms and they were very kind but still we couldn't find out the reason for the weak voice

can any one help me please

If your voltage measurements are way to high it's possible that your referencing from the wrong battery terminal, if that's the case then +ve meter probe to battery +ve then take measurements with meter _ve probe.

It looks like a pretty standard Circuit apart from the oddball Output Stage.
Yes, stick your Positive Meter Probe on the Positive Battery Connection and measure with the Positive.
If all the Measurements are High it rather implies the wrong Battery. 9 Volts instead of 6?

I think you mean:

I repaired one that lacked bass response C31 (10uf) had dried out it read 1uf on a hunts cap tester.

hi again
i did measure with the negative lead and the reading on the OC613 are C=3.9 volts ,B=1.26 volt which should 0.52 and E=1.44 volt which should be 0.43 volt
the reading of the out put OC604 are C=0.25 volt which should be 3.8 volts ,B=0.63 volt which should be 0.22 volt and E=0.83 volt.....
does that mean any thing???? forgive my ignorance

I might have got it wrong in a previous post regarding connecting your +ve meter probe to the battery +ve, if so my apologies......Looking again at the schematic there's a resistor or something that connects between the Battery +ve and the common signal rail, try connecting the meter +ve probe to the other side of that resistor or the emitter of the output transistor (which is also connected to the common signal rail) and see what measurements you get.
