Data from two sources available from the archive on:
http://www.vintageradioworld.co.uk/new_page_3.htm £1.50 by email and Paypal. Mods, if this is seen as advertising, please remove it. No offence meant and certainly none will be taken. Tony

Might it be listed under its Ekco equivalent? For example the Ferranti U1103 is on Trader 1657, nominally for the Ekco U428. Might this be similar enough to make a start? These late 1950/early 1960s AM/FM sets were often very similar in design.
The U1003 is almost certainly on an ERT sheet but I don't have an index. The U1003 is on Rmorg if you're a member: http://www.radiomuseum.org/r/ferranti_u1003u_100.html The valve line up as seen there is the same as the U1103 so the circuits will be very similar. The schematic on the Rmorg site, as seen on the thumbnail (I'm not a member ) is from R&TVS so it must be in my collection somewhere. The multiple overlapping series of books makes it very confusing but I've found it. It's in Molloy & Poole, 1957-1958 p100-102. There's a probable error in it, as the rectifier is stated to be a UY86 which I don't think ever existed. It's a UY85. Now I've got the 2 circuits side by side I can see they are very similar. Not looked in detail but the U1103 sheet will be fine for basic servicing. Unless there's somethig awkward gone wrong then it's just repalcing the waxies and maybe a valve or 2. I would also strongly recommend disconnecting the PU input. Very difficult to make this safe on an AC/DC set. C55 (on R&TVS circuit) must be repalced with a Class Y type, or better still, removed altogether along with the external LS socket.

Ferranti's own service data available to download from either of the links above runs to ten pages, so is excellent value. (The ERT Data runs to two pages). Both list the rectifier as a UY85.
Personally, I only use Trader Sheets as a last resort - invariably they're sketchy - generally a couple of pages at most, not often well reproduced. For example, the Bush service data on both the DAC90A and TR82 - both commonplace radios - runs to eight pages per model. The Trader Sheets are just two pages. As often as not, Trader Sheets also use different component numbering from that used by the makers, which can cause confusion when people offer help and get a cross purposes when referring to component numbers. Very occasionally Trader sheets have snippets of info or diagrams to supplement the Maker's data, but in my experience, not very often. Good luck with the restoration Mike.

It's in Molloy & Poole, 1957-1958 p100-102 This is marked 1957-1958 on the spine, unlike the other numbered sets. The markings on the spines of most of my R&TVS are so faded that I ought to make up some labels for them. Not sure where these indexes are from but they are useful. Mods, if you think there a copyright problem please take them down.
