These claimed to be rust proof but that was a lie
Look at the fake innocence in the deliberate spelling mistake embossed in the blade and the cheap bit of dog food tin in the hinge pin.
The handle was so flimsy that it fell apart when i gave the hinge pin a bash to get rid of the slack in it.
Look out for plastic hinge pins on any products like this and do not buy them or else they will end up in the bin too.
Utter rubbish.

've got a Samsung fridge-freezer that needs half-a-ton of ice removed from the heat excahnger at 3-4 month intervals. The pockets in the doors for milk etc. are loosely fitting and fall out every time you remove the milk bottle. I've glued them in, but now can;t clean them easily.

I've got an LG microwave oven of the expensive 'SolarDom' brand that microwaves the rubber feet that insulate the METAL rack from the METAL turntable. Dohhh !! The feet are not available separately and come only with the rack. They're not English on the help line and they don't understand what you are talking about.

'They' should stick to growing rice which is about the only thing they can do properly without something overheating or packing up. I did read they've stopped doing that in order to put up more factories in the fields to sell the crap they produce. The result is that they are now buying up 'Western' cereals instead; one reason why the cost of your box of Cornflakes has risen so sharply this year and is set to continue.

I guess that so long as folks buy this stuff then they will keep producing, it's getting a bit past a joke now though and some stuff it's hard to tell what's what, so far as I am concerned if it 'aint fit for purpose then in the bin it goes.
Bought some "HSS drill bits" a while back from a well known place down here at an average price, never knew that you can bend them, gaurenteed 90 days or 'till you first use them, whichever comes first.

Buy Bosch : all their stuff seems good to me. Used them for a long time now and had good life. Like their fridges, virtually silent.

I have a Bosch washing machine that has lasted years. The worst thing it has had is a scaled up soap tray.
Even the door times has kept working.
I am yet to find a fridge with a door that is not biased to half an inch open at all times except if it is pushed shut and held for a fraction of a second.
Hinge pins on scissors have to be steel and that is it so that they do not fold the paper instead of cutting it.
I have seen a pair in the DIY department as Wilco. Perhaps that will be the fix.

I'm not so sure about that. In my experience, Bosch equipment is no longer up to the quality that it used to be. And I guess that that is because they are trying to compete with the lower end of the market: to do that, the name 'Bosch' will certainly help.
