I always use the arctic range of products when I can afford it, and it warrants a good thermal conduction:

Interestingly, I've not been able to find a data sheet for it so its thermal resistance is unknown and it cannot therefore be compared with (much cheaper!) alternatives - they quote "up to a 5C temperature drop" - completely meaningless. Whilst supposedly not conductive (can't really tell as no data sheet!) they do state it is capacitive (but not by how much). As its really designed for low voltage (CPU) heatsinks and no data sheet is available, I would certainly not trust it with anything HV. Looks good though ! ![]()
