Loosely translated into English the ad states:

Individual selling his collection of about 70 radios of all brands - single radios unit or the lot. Some in working condition, some needing attention and restoration.

Interesting website that the advert appears on.

It's called 'leboncoin' ( 'coin' in French means 'corner' so I guess a literal translation would be 'the good corner'). The site states (more or less, according to my faltering French!):

It's presumably an export version of one of the (Pye) domestic sets.
The three white knobs are wrong I think.

Oh dear, that was shortlived! It was a whole wall of vintage radios on offer - must have been 25 ft long and ten feet high - 70 sets in all.

Maybe he's sold them all and the ad is now defunct?

I guess we'll never know.

I dare say there'll be a few interesting sets there, but no doubt some tat.

The seller is located in Auxerre, Burgundy - perhaps a bit too far for John Geaney to motor down from Geneva!

Tempted! No not at all, too many already and its too far. Would reckon most to be tat. Doesnt seem much care taken with storage and probably no heat. Still give Colin plenty to practice veneering on
