Karcher pressure washer K6.50

Hi All,
Not sure if this should be in domestics or auto but as its used for cleaning my car I've put it here.

I've a problem with this washer that I can't seem to find any solution to, so can anyone help. The washer is working electrically when switched on as I can hear the pump operating. However, the water pressure is no different to that of the water pressure from the tap so something is definitely not right.

The obvious thing is the filter. It should be white so if it looks grey or black it needs cleaning.

Seen this, frost damage usually, the seal around the pump has gone futt if there is water escaping underneath.

No water escaping at all just no pressure. I've yet to take the filter out but I really cant see how this will be the problem.

The pump uses a thick oil between the motor drive and the pump. No oil, no pressure. If your really unlucky the rotor has become disconnected from the motor drive and the drive shaft is just spinning on nothing.
