Fixed the link for you. All you need to do when this happens is surround it with URL tags:

It's worth saying that in many cases, the stuff following the question mark is not needed, and is often tracking information. Certainly, that's the case for sites like Amazon and eBay. But that's not the case in this example. And it wouldn't be the case for the URL of this particular page, as we're still using the old-school link style. In theory switching to "friendly" URLs would improve SEO, but Google seems perfectly happy with us as it is.
