A common comment about these sets is that the FM performance is not great. A friend in Doncaster reckons that replacement of the Front end RF transistors will help, certainly the one he showed me was good. If there is any interest I’ll ask him for more precise details.

I Would be very interested in any information on these sets, bought one at auction yesterday.

It's also missing one of the Bass or Treble knobs at the left hand side, if anyone has one available. Other than the missing knob, my set seems to be remarkably intact and good condition.
