Hello everyone,
I’ve just joined and wanted to introduce myself. I’m an Electrical Design Engineer by day and have had an interest in ‘old’ electronics since a very, very young age. A particular interest is in reel-to-reel tape recorders and I have a small collection ranging from a tiny 1950s Geloso to a 1974 Ferrograph Logic 7.
My ‘outdoors’ hobby is traditional boat restoration and sailing, which is one reason for living by the coast in Pembrokeshire.
I hope to be able to make occasional helpful contributions to the forum; especially on old tape recorder and recording topics.
