Ferranti combo challenge.

[boater sam]

Is there no interest in a Ferranti TV & record player combo set  in north Cheshire for restoration? It must be rare.
If you fancy this, I could get it collected locally by unicorn and hold for a while. PM me.

I've searched but cannot find a model number or any write up about this set. Its a short console with the player in an opening top lid. Looks to be a 14" or 17" tube from the picture. 1950s? Can't post a picture, its not mine to copy.
Must be very rare.

If it's this one it's a Ferranti TCG1019....As shown in one of the Ebay pics..:

I didn't want to do that, I avoid mentioning eb-y on here. But yes.
So, FM radio, TV and Record deck. Ekco made as TCG316 No spot wobble on the Ferranti

No worries about mentioning eBay. Check the forum rules - it's perfectly OK providing you don't write anything that might cause offence (but that applies to links to any site, not just eBay).

Hi.
It is very similar to my Ekco 21 inch console. I'd have it but to be fair my shed is bursting at the seams so no more sets.
I am also trying to tidy and clear the loft, after a knee replacement (early next year) and the other one now nearly as bad I need to do it all soon.
