picked up at car boot sale for£4 case was vwey dirty but cleand up fine at the moment bodged to take 2 pp3 batterys unfortunatly the speaker was oc even worse its 80 ohm and the onl ones of those i have are too small and need too much power to drive them the set does work well but lacks the rich sound you would expect

hi mark i dont know most of the ones ive come across are 8 ohmes i did contemplate using a trasformer but its nice to keep them as they were made

thanks for that but already tried them, must admit there a great sorces of odd bits ,
and i made a cap reformer that i cant find on the site any more
