Marconi CR200 (B29) VLF receiver.

The Marconi CR200 or B29.  I've searched the web for a schematic for this LF receiver with no success. This is the TRF receiver that tunes down to 60Khz, maybe even lower.

Valve line up is 2 X KTW62, 1 X65, 1 DH63, 1 L63/6J5.    5U4 HT rectifier.    Or mil equivalents.

My example has an audio output stage and loudspeaker.

Evidently it goes down to 15Khz.

I have the CR100 that tunes to 60khz. It's a very good receiver, it's minus it's case though.

I had an AR88 LF when I was a kid. Appropriately enough, it was "found" on a Royal Navy Air Station in Lancashire (HMS Ringtail) as it tuned down to 30kHz. Unfortunately, we left the Air Station when my father was posted and I had to leave it behind!

Pictures of the VLF receiver. Frequency coverage is 15Kc/s to 560Kc/s in four switched wavebands.
It's heavy, I'd estimate >60lbs.
