Sorry to hear about the 901 but given the EHT transformer failure stats for these sets I guess it was too good to be true.

Fortuantely we have 2 excellent rewinders who can help us here in the UK. Ed Dinning is local to Geordie McB while Mike Barker is "dahn sarf".

However it doesn't remove the need to dismantle the set to get the power unit out.
