Yes that would work, though the lead outs on the transformers would resemble a snakes wedding...

Or as another option, use partial cathode loading, with separate cathode primary windings on each transformer, and with the centre-tap of that on the push-pull transformer connected to the upper end of that on the single-ended transformer.  Thus the push-pull transformer would be somewhat like that on the Quad II amplifier, and the single-ended transformer akin to that on the Pye Mozart HF10.  (And I should emphasize that no Quad IIs or Pye Mozarts were harmed in the making of this comment, both I think being on the protected species list.)
