Healthy Living - Lincolnshire style

[Terry]

We've been thinking of moving and Helen was browsing some properties in parts of Lincolnshire yesterday.

One she came across had a good picture of the kitchen showing not one but two microwave ovens on the worktop! There was also a chair in an alcove which, on closer inspection, had a cooker hood over it ...!

Unfortunately she can't remember which property it was or even the town, so I can't show you the picture.

Clearly it's so that you can turn on the Extraction while eating your Microwave Double Burger and Chips

That was lost has been found.

It's picture No. 2 here: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-...34041.html

His and hers nukes

Terry, if you move up there we'll be sorry to lose you from our Southern meetups. However you'll only be 10 miles from Paul Marshall and his amazing collection of vintage TV kit.

The cooker hood, with the extractor on full, is for drying the hair while waiting for the double buggers .

Well we have back up meters (Mark has 6 or 7) so why not backup microwaves?

Bungalows sell for fortunes down here, near the sea and good train and bus services.  Can go for a 1/3rd more than a house with the same number of bedrooms.  Guess there will never be anymore built so they are at a premium.  Wouldn't want one myself as oddly I feel the need to go upstairs to bed  Can always have a stair lift ... don't even want to contemplate moving; shudder.

If you go a little bit further west you can get a 3 bedroom terrace for under £100,000 so with just two of you there is an indoor workshop to be had. I also sold out of the south moving from Hampshire to the edge of Derbyshire gaining myself an inside workshop and leaving a mortgage.
Moving was an awful lot of effort and stress made worse by a broken leasehold agreement in my case.

Gents, you have all missed it!

Note the 70s strip light without diffuser. So they took the cooker out,  Its to get the energy figures up!!!! Or down, depends how you look at it.

Wasn't much of a kitchen fitter was he?

Price about right though. Bungalows are very sought after but most were built with no style or imagination
Loft conversion in the air?

Nice and convenient for getting spares from John Birkett up the Strait. RSGB Newark mobile rally not far away either. Not sure about the exact location, but do know Waddington air field is just up the road, are you a military plane or drone enthusiast ? Ted
