That's worth saving.
The term 'All Electric' always amuses me. So were there Sets which had to be connected to the Gas or Water Supply?

I think there's only one Pentode in there, The 'Screened Grid' ones have fearsome kinks in their Anode Characteristics.
They're also pretty damned expensive in the context of the time.
It certainly wasn't a poor man's hobby.

It says COLVERN Ltd on the Bases.

The Aerial one has a Sticker inside which says:-

ST300
AERIAL

The Detector one has a Sticker which says:-

ST300
ANODE

They look to be in quite good nick apart from being dirty.

Maybe.
Colvern Coils turn up on eBay from time to time. That Base and Former seem to be Standard for them.

I've seen ones similar to mine at around £15 and I think a couple labeled ST500.

Scott Taggart at the radiomuseum, his designs had lots of controls, as far as I can find out they were available as a kit or scratch built from his blueprint that he flogged.

Alan another quick check would be to verify two differential capacitors on the front panel, in your photo there are two controls with three wires connected to each of them, that might be them (diff caps)

Fear not young Lawrence, I have the Diagrams by means most devious
However, I can't Post them.
The Reaction Condenser in mine is indeed Differential. The small one on the RHS does have three Wires but two of them are connected to the same Pin. It's in Series with the Aerial. I've also located the solitary Resistor - the Grid Leak for V2.
I suppose I'll have to find out what the Valves are next. You've got me trotting up and down the Garden like a trainee Marathon Runner 
I fear this isn't the finest example.
