Has any one built a set of trestles the type used for sawing on I would like to know the angles used on the splayed legs

Legs = 75 degrees from the horizontal, therefore the splay at the top of the legs = 15 degrees.

Many Moons ago I bought these:-

   

They were a Cheapo deal from somewhere. They had new tops and a coat of Paint few years ago. They fold flat and I hang them on the Garage Wall. They've always worked fine. I don't know if similar ones are still available.

There are a hundred ways to make them: stackable, foldable, some may happen to specify materials you already have on hand.

I used to have a set of these for site work, fit legs of whatever length to suit body height, fit beam of whatever length.
