Odd, it works OK for me.
The Firefox Viewer doesn't like it but it's OK with proper Adobe.
I've saved a copy if anyone wants it.

It could be copied in batches of pages into two or more smaller PDF files and then they can be posted.

As a test I printed the article on my printer then scanned the print, I have uploaded the first page down below, if it can be read ok when opened in a new window then I will scan the lot and post to the forum.

I had to split some of the pages in order to reduce the upload file size so as to meet the forums upload criterion, those pages that are split should be read as one.

Open in new window and use control and + or - to zoom in or out if applicable.

The rest will follow tomorrow sometime.

Thanks Lawrence. I've been away from the PC for a lot of the day. It's now 11.45 p.m. Thought I just have a quick look round before turning in for the night.

I reckon that Adobe Reader itself is contributing to this problem: note "contributing"; not wholly 'responsible'. The version I am now using is v.9.5.2. This is most recent version that will run on this PC (according to Adobe) - which runs Windows 2000 + SP4. And there I suspect lies part of the problem: this pdf wants a more recent version of Adobe Reader, but such a version is not compatible with my O/S; Adobe probably wants me to run Win_XP or a later version of Windows.
If that is indeed the case, then in my book that doesn't say much for Adobe Reader: such programs should be backwardly-compatible. But then again, I don't care much for Adobe Reader and the way it is designed to work anyway.

O.K. - I'll now have a look at the individual sheets that you have kindly posted.
