That should be the original main smoothing can at the back left in your second picture.
Those Electrolytics look backwards to me.
Where does the RS one come in?

hi rob the original can is still there. the rs 32mf is i think one half of the smothing block the two 16mf the other half.

Are you going to stuff the original can? I've never been happy with the modern little ones as reservoirs, but they seem to survive.

stuffing the original can is by far the neatest way thats if i dont have a 2x 32mf in stock

it has taken me a few hours to find them but i have 8 nos 32/32mf 350volt
the first on i picked reformed ok so i can get rid of the add ons
