Have you seen this:
https://billingtonrepairs.wordpress.com/...placement/ ...specifically the replacement LCD from Digikey/Mouser referenced at the bottom of the article.. It seems that both Varitronix VI-302-DP-FC-S and LCD-S3X1C50TRB might be suitable too.
