BVWS Royal Wootton Bassett Swapmeet and Auction - 3rd December 2023

Event held in the Memorial Hall, Station Road, Royal Wootton Bassett. SN4 8EN

Stall holder entry for setting up at 9.00am
Visitor entry at 9.30am
Main Auction starts at 12.30pm

Hot food and drinks served all day.

On-site parking for 40 cars plus on street parking all around the area.

Approx. 25 tables of items available by private sellers.

Bring & Buy tables in the annex with a 10% commission to the BVWATM charity.

BVWS Capacitors and De-Oxit sales table in the annex with books and magazines as well.

Stall holder booking forms were sent out with the Autumn BVWS Bulletin but if you have not got it then contact me asap to secure yours.

You do not have to book tickets in advance, just pay at the door on the day.

We have regular visitors from as far as Cornwalll and Scotland and even Collectors from across the channel are to be seen filling their vehicles with goodies from the auction.

I look forward to seeing many of you there.

Thanks for that post, we should post about other forum's events for the good of the hobby.

Its sad that since Chas E Miller died there have been no meetings and auctions at Golborne.  Perhaps they should be resurrected?

Weren't Chas's events at Cowbit ?

I think there was an attempt to ressurect these events a while ago but it came to naught.

Cowbit was another of Chas' venues.
