I found with rollers, trays etc that you get what you pay for, all mine have been from B&Q, no problems to date, I use a small roller or brush for laying up edges/detail etc then do the rest with a large roller that has an extendable handle, I don't wash out between shifts, just put them in a poly bag with a wrap around tie until the next day, talking about emulsion/acrylic stuff here, not gloss.
