I swept the filter and it's well down at 20MHz, long way down at 40MHz.
Obviously I could make it all work at (say) 15MHz carrier and check on scope and spectrum analyser. But it wouldn't give pictures on a TV. Not in the mood to modulate like this and heterodyne it up to Ch1 or whatever. I'm not very experienced with that kind of analogue RF stuff so although it isn't complicated I'd rather not try at the moment.
