While I had this in bits a few weeks ago messing about with the dial (see http://golbornevintageradio.org/forum/sh...p?tid=2400) I finally re-stuffed and refitted the old smoothing can.

       

I'm now confident enough to be sure that it was beyond hope and it's certainly neater.

Following my adventures detailed in this thread http://golbornevintageradio.org/forum/sh...p?tid=2400 and the experiance gained with the DAC90 I've finally sorted out a replacement dial for this.

   

This consists of a print-out on paper which has the clear windows cut out and then one of the acetates behind that.

It's been a joint effort as I don't have a colour printer so Yorkie did that bit for me.
