Der Schaltplan sollte allerdings entweder vollständig geposted werden, dann ist ersichtlich, wer und von wo er heruntergeladen wurde, oder bei Ausschnitten wäre eine Erwähnung der Quelle im Text angebracht. This means I did not break rules. I posted completely, and the source was provided by radiomuseum.org in the image, as they write themselves. And it was not about the model in general, but about my questions, related to VE 40/41 serial number 5309, and TRIO SG-402.

Additionally I checked their page about copy rights  https://www.radiomuseum.org/dsp_copyrigh...guage_id=1. They seem to speak only about uploads to their page requiring permission of their owner, otherwise they are very unclear even for me as a native Swiss-German.

On the download page of the schematic of the VE 40/41, https://www.radiomuseum.org/dsp_guest_sc...n_id=20346 the radiomuseum.org restricts the number of downloads per day and per month, and this would be the place to mention copy rights levelly. From jurisprudence point of view, as an additional reasoning, to mention something (number of downloads) and not mentioning something else that also would be important (copyright) will be interpreted as not important, and allowed, unless it is on error (but this can be excluded by similar reasoning).

(14) The schematic of the VE 40/41, and the parts list, seem to be originals, not drawn by radiomuseum.org or their contributor.

This leads to the question (numbered to make structure)

1) Were the schematics distributed with every receiver, or do they stem from the internals of Sondyna AG

2) Who does hold the copy rights to them? Sondyna? Sondyna went bankrupt on 14.08.1981, see here http://schweiz.wikia.com/wiki/Sondyna .

3) Where did Radiomuseum obtain the Urheberrechte. It is true that they store the schematics and I am grateful to them. But it is the role of a library, or even more of copy shop.

4) The schematics are older than 70 years most likely, i.e. around 78 years, as now is 2018, and the model is from 1940.

We all know that copyright is complicated. But whatever the specifics, past experience leads us to err on the side of caution. I have enough to do without dealing with complaints from other websites.

Radio Museum changed many of its policies a while back, and is perhaps perfectly happy to allow members and non-members to distribute their content now - I don't know, and am too busy at work to investigate it. But as a rule, if the content in question is available on another website, then a link to that website is preferable to duplicating it on here. That's just basic "netiquette" - we have to pay for disk usage, after all

(15) In my opinion I did not "distribute", but quote for my issue. Because there is not a complete schematic at radiomuseum.org, but a broken center extract and requires download to view it even casually, I could not have reached my legitimate goals here, and did not find their forum either гуглящий (by googling).
