She went for a Pye as we're just outside of Cambridge, we pass the old factory site (now blocks of low flats) every time we go into Cambridge and so we have a local connection. That bit was easy. I offered her a choice of P76, P75, P53 and T19 and the P75 won by a long margin. There were, I hate to say, disparaging comments about the '53 and the '19. Like a sword through the heart it was.
A blast of Servisol sorted the switch out and a quick twiddle the tuning scale, though I needed three tries to find the right twiddler. All told a nice simple job.
