They have a rating of 600V and I think I believe them!
The one to find is the Tektronix P6007 - that is 100x and has comprehensive specifications https://w140.com/tekwiki/images/a/a9/070-0388-01.pdf . And for really frightening stuff I have a 6013, a 1000x 13kV probe, and a 6015 with a can of the now illegal dielectric fluid (stored in the fridge to keep the vapour pressure low) that makes that one goes to 20kV.
