wish i could remember all i learned since starting in the trade at 15 my first job was to go aroud and pick up accumulater batteries for recharge yes still around here till early 70s when the last shop i worked in shut we were repairing camcorders and sat boxes
i did not enjoy the later years and used to cherry pick the old stuff from the in shelf. now its just a hobby and i can enjoy it again

i am now a forman in a local board mill .family all grown up ,i now have no stress and 27k a year , some times i still miss the chalenge
of a busy work shop and even the agro from the custermers ,reprograming plcs and filling in spred sheets is not my idea of heaven
but i still have this hobby to keep me sane ,and i inherited most of the test gear from the shop
