Electron gun assy?

You spotted it.
The gun out of an old mono telly tube.
The only syringe I spotted was well rotted and about a quarter if it had turned to dust. It was right next to the electron gun on the right.
All the same restoring an allotment is a restoration with lots of healthy fresh air.
The sharp bits come in many forms.
Needles are safe except tetanus after a few days on the ground.
Gooseberry thorns are much worse and go septic even more quickly than blackberry thorns.
