Where have all the Grassoppers gone?

Plenty of grass hoppers here in the garden, plenty of slow worms too, I only cut the grass/hedges proper about every 18 months so plenty of butterflies etc/wildlife in the garden, also stick insects have naturalized here, the photo below is of a couple I spotted in one of the sheds in the garden..length approx. 75-100mm.

Also got lots of stuff down at the woodland including wood wasps and their parasites the Ichneumon.
