Hi.
A wee tip. When I was an engineer working on industrial cleaning equipment, using a generic cable on the auto return Henrys we found it would break the conductors much faster than OE cable, we would order from Neumatic after this was discovered.

Yes you can get special cables for reeling in use.
When I did special CCTV there were cables with Kevlar bootlaces for horizontal pipe inspection work and Kevlar braided for vertical shaft inspection because the bootlace used to cut through the conductors as it ran over the jockey wheel.
The explosion proof CRT monitors were seriously heavy.

I'll bear your comments in mind, Trevor. This morning the owner of the 'Henry' collected it , so hopefully the new cable will give long service. The faulty one was an original Numatic type, b.t.w., more than like ly the original factory fitted cable. The NRV200-22 is an industrial type vac., according to their website, but is a single motor type, with straight forward circuitry.
