Very good work on both radios Tony. I particularly liked the moulding for the broken corner of the M23.

Videos are excellent as well: that must be quite time consuming.

Thanks for the interest, Gary. The problem with shattered Bakelite is, as I'm sure you know, making any repair invisible. With the set I was faced with the rather complex surface which consisted of a recessed grained area and a smooth, highly polished edge detail. This plus the fact that it was a bottom corner, originally having been rounded and returned a short way under. The original fragment was long gone, unfortunately. Colour is an even more tricky thing to get right and frankly here I didn't succeed to my own satisfaction, but I did the best I could at the time.

The videos are made quite simply using Movie Maker, the free* one from Microsoft. It has its limitations and working within them to get the desired effect can be most satisfying. The great thing is that the learning curve is little more than a slight incline! But you are right, it is time consuming.
