I also publish a list that includes the serial numbers of the various chassis. I believe these are reasonably sequential and give an impression of the manufacturing date of individual sets although it's important to note that a large number of the sets were reconditioned by EMI after WW2 and I think there was some chassis swapping to give a faster turn around.

Unfortunately the cabinet serial plates are only partially sequential and give a less obvious link to the manufacturing date due to some yet to be decoded prefixes.

If anyone wants to give me their chassis number and cabinet number data I will be happy to add it to the list.
